No comets, meteorites. It looks like one of them fell down at us. I also managed to shoot one of the fragments.

Actually you are right, they are look more like meteorites (based on their tails). Thank you for the notice :)
I have never seen any fragment of them in real life so I guess it was a fascinated experience for you to shoot one! I hope this isn't caused any serious damage at your area!
Also, have you touched it? I wonder how its texture is.. Is it, indeed, like iron?
